March brings to us Spring.  As the weather warms up, let the spring cleaning begin.  Not just the cleaning of your house or your garage but the cleansing of your well-being.  Use the warm weather to get outside and enjoy nature.  Let the weather encourage you to be more active, physically and mentally.  Spring officially starts March 20th.  However, there is nothing wrong with getting a head start!
